Community Care Online Fitness Classes

To help people stay active and connected Community Care’s Manager of Wellness Programs, Shannon Burton, is offering on-line fitness classes starting Monday, March 30. They are offering this for free, intended for seniors but anyone can join in! There will be an opportunity to chat a bit at the start, and then a couple times throughout class.
