Join Heather for some fresh air and casual chat about books.  Meet at the Brumwell Street access to the B.E.L. Rotary Trail in Bridgenorth for 10:30 a.m. Please wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. Don't forget your water, sunscreen, bug spray, and anything else you might need. Our walk will be cancelled if the weather is inclement.

The Selwyn Public Library and Community Care Chemung are offering Home Library Service. This service provides delivery of library materials to homebound persons residing in Bridgenorth and Ennismore.

The Selwyn Public Library has materials for all ages to learn more about Indigenous history, including the Indian Residential School experience, and the ongoing Truth & Reconciliation process.

Monthly Mending

Bring in an item that needs mending, and our sewing expert from The Sewing School in Peterborough will help you out!

Sewing machine, tread, and basic supplies provided. No cost, donations welcome.

Needlework Group

The Needlework Group with the Makerspace is a place and time to gather, work on independent projects, socialize, and support each other.

Knitting, crochet, and cross-stich welcome.

Note: no formal teaching is being provided.

Needlework Group will run:

First Tuesday of the month 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. (drop-in)

First Wednesday of the month 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (drop-in)

What is Sharing Dance?

• A 60-minute dance class that is adaptable to varying levels of physical and cognitive abilities

• Classes are creative and incorporate a variety of musical and dance styles

 How are these classes delivered?

• Classes are taught from Canada’s National Ballet School in Toronto, and delivered to your community via video streaming.

 This class is for you if:

• You want to exercise, socialize and have fun

• You enjoy moving to beautiful music!

Take a Seed, Leave a Seed @ Ennismore Library

Stop by Ennismore Library to pick up some seeds and resources to help you start growing your garden this spring! If you have extra seeds to share, leave them in a sealed and labelled envelope for others to enjoy. This program is offered in partnership with the Ennismore Garden Club to encourage community members to grown their own food and flowers, promote healthy eating and increase awareness of self-sustaining gardens.
