How Curbside Pickup Works:

Step 1: Place items on hold using the library's online catalogue.
Login: 14 digit library card number. Default PIN is books, unless you've changed it.

Step 2: Wait for a library staff member to call you to schedule your pickup date & time.
Please note: library staff will never ask for personal information such as date of birth, social insurance number, or banking information.

Step 3: Pickup your items.

Upon arrival, park in the designated pickup location (signage will be clearly visible). If returning items, please get out of your vehicle and place them directly into the dropbox.

Return to your vehicle, open the truck, and call the library to let us know you've arrived.

* If you do not have a cell phone and are unable to call upon your arrival, simply advise us of this during our scheduling phone call, and we will make a note to watch for your arrival.

A library staff member will come out of the library and place your items into your trunk.

Once the staff member is a safe distance away, close your trunk, and you're on your merry way!

Arriving by foot, bike, or motorized mobility device.

We welcome patrons to arrive by any means necessary. When arriving by a mode of transportation, other than a vehicle, please wait in the designated pickup location. If returning items, please place them directly into the dropbox, then return to the pickup location.
