1.     Eastern Ontario Wardens' Caucus - Rural EORN Customers Losing Internet Service

That the correspondence regarding 3500 MHz consultation on policy changes that affect the licensing process in rural areas be received for information; and

That the Honourable James Moore, Federal Minister of Industry be advised that the Township of Selwyn supports the efforts of the Eastern Ontario Community Future Development Corporations expressing concern that proposed policy changes for the 3500 MHz spectrum licensing have the potential to result in a loss of broadband spectrum for at least 11,000 rural customers effectively reversing the progress made over the past five plus years to expand much needed broadband service in eastern rural Ontario and that the Federal Minister of Industry give due regard to the broadband needs of rural Ontario residents.
