That the following items of correspondence be received for information and that staff proceed with the recommended direction therein:

1.     Lakefield College School - Pedestrian Safety County Road 29

That the correspondence from the Lakefield College School regarding pedestrian safety for students walking along the section of the County Road 29 from the school to the Lakefield boundary be received for information; and that Head of School, Mr. Robertson be advised that the Township of Selwyn is making every effort to maintain the sidewalk under its jurisdiction for pedestrian safety, including students from the school; and further the Township Manager of Public Works would attend any meetings arranged by the school to discuss further options related to the remaining section of roadway from the Township boundary to the entrance of the school.
