June is Recreation and Parks Month

In Ontario, June was first proclaimed "Recreation and Parks Month" in 2005 to celebrate the benefits of recreation and parks throughout the province.

Everyone is encouraged to enjoy our parks and trails through an outdoor activity!

We would like to hear about your activity or an event you may wish to organize to celebrate the Recreation and Parks Month. Please email the Recreation Department with your ideas!
