1. ROMA - Comments on the Proposed Asset Management Plan

Recommendation:

That the correspondence from ROMA regarding the proposed asset management planning regulation be received for information; and that in addition to the Township's feedback on the proposed regulation provided at the June 27, 2017 Council meeting that the Township of Selwyn support ROMA's position that the regulation will increase the regulatory burden on municipalities, specifically as it relates to professional engineer sign off requirements and submitting detailed reporting to the Province.
