The Corporation of the Township of Selwyn

In the Matter of the Municipal Act, 2001 S.O. 2001, Chapter 25; and in the matter of a proposed by-law of The Corporation of the Township of Selwyn to stop up, to close and to sell to the abutting land owners or their respective nominees, those lands and premises more particularly described in Schedule “A” annexed hereto.

Public Notice

Take Notice that the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Selwyn proposes to enact a by-law to stop up, to close and to sell to the abutting land owners those lands and premises more particularly described in Schedule “A” annexed hereto. The proposed by-law will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting at the Municipal Office located at 1310 Centre Line, Selwyn, Ontario K9J 6X5 on Tuesday, the 10th day of March, 2020, at 5:00 o’clock in the evening and at that time the Council will hear in person or by his counsel, solicitor or agent, any person who claims that his land will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
