There are no current tax sales. If property taxes remain unpaid for three or more years, the Municipal Tax Sales Act provides for the sale of the property. The Township offers an Arrears Management Pre-Authorized Payment Plan as an option to develop a property tax payment program that can help you keep your property out of a position of tax sale.
