Thrills Return to Ennismore: Truck & Tractor Pull on July 20th!
Ennismore, ON, July 3, 2025 - Get ready to rev engines and feel the earth tremble as the annual Truck & Tractor Pull roars back to the Ennismore Shamrock Festival on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at the Robert E. Young Recreation Complex (553 Ennis Road).
Schedule of Events
- 9:00 AM – Staging area opens
- 10:00–11:30 AM – Competitor registration (please supply your own hitch; OTTPA rules apply; no drones permitted)
- 10:30 AM – Admission gates open to spectators
- 12 Noon – Pull begins
Admission Details
- $10 per person | Children 12 & under free
- Please note cash only, licensed event, food vendors available trackside
Competition Classes (Local & Sanctioned OTTPA) include:
- Local Vintage Tractors (4,500 lb to 9,000 lb)
- Local Trucks Gas (6,500 lb) and Diesel (8,500 lb)
- Sanctioned 8,000 lb Tractors
- Single Engine Modified Tractors and Super Stock Trucks
- Local Highway Semi Trucks
- Demo: Street Semi Trucks
This isn’t just a competition—it’s a full family adventure. While competitors face off in thrilling feats of horsepower and grit, spectators can enjoy licensed refreshments and delectable trackside fare. It's the perfect Sunday outing during the festival weekend.
Festival Highlights
- Friday, July 18 (4:00–7:00 PM): Garage & bake sale and street curling
- Saturday, July 19 (10:00 AM–2:00 PM): Family fun with bouncy castles, petting zoo, BBQ, Beavertails, Sno-Cones and more
- Sunday, July 20: Starting at 11:00 AM – Craft Show ($2 entry) in the Ennismore Community Centre, followed by the Truck & Tractor Pull at 12 noon
