Serving the community for over 20 years, our New-To-You Stores are operated by local volunteers in partnership with Community Care Chemung. Proceeds support local library children's programs, enhanced services, and special collections. Proceeds are also shared 50/50 with Community Care Chemung. Volunteers and donations are needed at both locations.
